April Rose Cuenca; who just turned 22 last April 4; was borned and raise in Cavite. Unlike other Pinay Gamers that I’ve featured before, April just recently discovered the joys of online gaming and get hooked to it. “I used to just play other games, like God of War on our PS2 and online flash games on websites like Kongregate.com. I think I'd try other online games now. When I'm not playing online games, I like browsing interesting websites, watching movies and reading novels”, April said. Currently; she is actively playing Dragonica PH. Hmm... Let us ask her more:
Kiko: When Did You Start Playing Online Games?
April: Just last November 2010. I was 21 at the time.
Kiko: Where Did You Start To Play Online Games?
April: I started playing in Dragonica PH server. Still do..^^
Kiko: How did You Learn To Play Your First Online Game?
April: My brother influenced me to play Dragonica. I just saw him playing and I was intrigued. I thought the characters were really cute, so I decided to play. He taught me the basics of the game. Other things I learned from online buddies I met in DGN.
Kiko: What Is Your Strongest Character You've Ever Played / Made?
April: The strongest character I've ever played is a level 58 out of 70 Ballista in Dragonica PH. It's my main character.
Kiko: How Did You Became So Strong Like That?
April: Just keep doing quests, and defense defense defense..
Kiko: You mean, defense maps, right? Yeah, it really fast to level up there!
Kiko: Have You Ever Joined In A Gaming Competition?
April: I haven't yet.. but I think it would be awesome to try and join one. I'm not a really strong player, so I'd probably join just for the experience..hehe
Kiko: What Have You Learn From Playing Online Games?
April: Don't be stupid and pick fights. It's just annoying. Some players are just really boastful and arrogant. Just let them be.
Kiko: Most Unforgettable Moment in Playing Online Games?
April:
- I met someone really special online.. <3 and i fell in love.. haha.. I did not expect that..
- When someone announced I was a scammer (and I swear I'm not!) and someone attacked me! He sent mean and nasty messages to me, because of the announcement. He really trash talked me.. Grr.. He even challenged me to a PVP match. When I saw his character, he was lvl 4, I think I was lvl 54 at the time..
